"Recent batch felt weak"
I just recently ordered from Starwest Botanicals, the potency really didn’t hit for me. I used the same amount I usually do with other brands, but I barely noticed anything. Maybe it was just the batch I got, but it came across kind of weak and a little stale. Based on this most recent experience, especially for the price, I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t order it again

"Bad packaging , won’t order again"
My order arrived looking beat up . The inner bag wasn’t sealed properly , so there was powder spilled all over the box . As soon as I opened it , it made a mess everywhere .
I get that shipping isn’t always gentle , but the packaging just felt flimsy and not secure enough . For the price , I expected it to show up clean and ready to use . Honestly , I’m disappointed and don’t plan on ordering again

"I’ve bought herbs before and expected them..."
I’ve bought herbs before and expected them to be fresh, but this batch arrived stale and had a really strange smell. I also felt like dealing with the issue was more hassle than it should’ve been, with too many steps just to try to sort it out. i don’t think I’ll be buying these again.

"Shipping was slow"
I ordered from Starwest Botanicals, and the shipping took longer than I expected. It seemed like the package just sat there for a few days without much of an update, which was kind of frustrating. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t really need it anymore. Maybe it was just bad timing, but the wait was disappointing

The products themselves were totally fine, but the shipping cost felt way too high for what I ordered. Maybe it’s just me, but it kind of took away from the whole experience. I’m not sure I’d reorder unless the shipping was lower.

"My order arrived, but two of the..."
My order arrived, but two of the items weren’t what I had actually picked. One of the bags had a completely different herb in it, and even the size on the label wasn’t right. I emailed them to get it fixed, but it took way longer than I expected just to sort out something simple. I really just wanted the exact items I paid for. It was frustrating, i’m not sure I’d order again.

"Refund dragged on longer than it should have"
I had to return an order, the whole thing felt more frustrating than it needed to be. The return instructions weren’t very clear, and reading between the lines, it kind of seemed like you had to chase them if you wanted any real updates. I ended up emailing more than once just to find out what was going on, and the refund took longer than I expected. In the end, it was more stress than it was worth for me.

"Not exactly a bargain"
It was fine, I guess. Nothing terrible, but for the price, I was definitely expecting a bit more in terms of quality and quantity. Then shipping got added on top, which was a nice little reminder that this wasn’t much of a deal after all. Probably wouldn’t rush to buy it again.

I had a frustrating time with support. The replies were really slow, and when they finally did respond, I felt like I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over. It didn’t feel very helpful, and it just made the whole issue more annoying than it needed to be...

"Just didn’t taste fresh"
I was disappointed with this. The smell was weak and kind of old, almost dusty, and something about it just felt off from the start. The flavor was flat too, with a stale taste that wasn’t what I expected at all. I really thought it would be better, but I don’t think I’ll order it again.

"Bulk sizes are hit or miss"
I went on there to grab a few herbs in bulk, and at first I thought maybe I was just missing the right option, but no, most of the sizes I needed were either out of stock or not even listed. It’s kind of annoying when you’re shopping on a site for bulk stuff and then have to cobble together a bunch of smaller bags instead. I guess that could work in a pinch, actually no, it just makes the price worse. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else...

"Organic details should be easier to verify"
I ordered the organic herbs expecting the certification info to be easy to find, but I couldn’t really see anything clear on the listing or the package. I reached out to support and just got a generic response, which didn’t help much. If a product is being sold as organic, it seems reasonable to make that proof easy for customers to check. For me, it ended up being more hassle than it was worth.

"Not sure what to think about the purity"
I was kind of frustrated because parts of it seemed fine, but I still couldn’t shake the feeling that the purity was off. It gave me mixed signals, and in the end I just didn’t really trust it.
